What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

For home fitness equipment I would recommend that a person buys a barbell  and a Power Core Bench

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

I am different from a regular gym trainer because I offer my clients a nutritional meal program to help them lose weight or gain muscle. On top of that i teach my clients about the basics of the human body and its functions . I also created different types of runs for my clients for whaterver body or health goals they have. Lastly i pace them according to their own speed until they improve their pace and they achieve their goals  or at least until they gain consistency enough to continue on their own. Im more concerned about them reaching their goals than them being my long term clients

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

No I do not charge extra for nutritional guidance and diet plans. I do want my clients to get stronger, faster and lighter so i designed an eating plan before hand and i give it to all my clients so that as i train them the results can be visible much faster.
